'The Gaffer'

Started work on my car this morning to take the diff out for rebuild /replacement as it has been making some pretty serious noises lately. Including one big clunk the other evening :o

Typically got 20 mins into the job and my back gave in. Its sciatica, it comes and goes, but this time is really bad timing. I can hardly walk now let alone work on the car.

Saving grace is that Speedy and I are now in a health spa, so maybe a sauna, steam room, followed by a nice aromatherapy massage and a lounge around by the pool or in the hot tub might help the back problem go away :)

Will keep you updated with progress.

Surely there is an easier way to get a pamper weekend away  :-\

Take care Bud.

Cheers Phil, I would be interested in your opinion on something diff removal related. :)

Ta Bri.
My back is still very painful, no amount of relaxation helped, can hardly stand up once sat down :(
Just got to take it easy for a while.

Look after that back !!!!

This makes two of us with back trouble now, must be those hard seats or speed over bumps  ;D

Take your time and do not rush back to thing too quickly !
