The pinto engine has a fr32 cam, twin deli 40's and light flywheel. I have the ignition set at 8 btdc with a points dizzy that has vacuum advance which is not connected at the mo'. I am considering going for an electronic ignition kit or changing the dizzy for an electronic one without vacuum advance. Anyone tried either of these?

I think that is the same cam I have in my pinto Dave. I have some kind of electronic ignition I think, defo no vac advance or points but other than that can't offer much help I'm afraid. You are welcome to look anytime as always mate.
