Did anyone watch the Speed Dreams programme on BBC 10pm Sunday night?  I think it's. 2 part documentary and its about a number of British teams trying to break various speed records at Bonneville - some awesome homegrown shed based engineering in there.

Highly recommended if you can get it on Iplayer.

well worth watching, I enjoyed every minute

talk about designed in a pub and built in a shed , these are real people living  their dream mainly on a budget

cant wait to see how they get on at Bonneville salt flats on the next prog

I have a copy of the Indian film on DVD if any one wishes to borrow it, cracking film recommended by a gangster / person of ill repute when we were in Cyprus watching a rally

CRacking programme, bit dicy watching it with the kids about with all the swearing anyone know when the next ones on?  Can't seem to fing the next racing legends either, stirling moss and Jackie stewart were amazing to watch.
