The re-upholstery is done.  Really happy with the results other than the handbrake :D

Looks snug as a bug!

I see what you mean about the handbrake (I think!). It could benefit from being 'chunked up' a little bit maybe? Looks a tad skinny in amongst all your nice new plush trim.

I'm sure there must be plenty of options with to remedy that though?

Thanks for the kind comments.

Phase 2 is the mechanical and electrical work. There sounds like a bit of project creep.  The work is being done by Charles Dunn and he phoned me today to say it Will not be finished until Jamuary. :o. I am glad I am sharing the bill with my brother  :D ;D

Looks fantastic. I have some seen some chunky sleeves that fit over handbrakes that improve the looks, if you haven't already just search Google for handbrake sleeves, theres plenty to choose from. 

Personally I might have gone for a aluminium gear knob, but maybe the pic doesn't do yours justice though.
