On Sept 4th I got married to a beautiful and very understanding woman. The day was fantastic and the evening was hilarious. My mother in law brought a load of fancy dress for all to help themselves to. My father in law plays the violin and used to busk for a living so we were entertained well.

The professional photos haven't come through yet but here's a few from a mate's camera

Acouple of examples of the fancy dress. This is normal behaviour in my new family.

Just got back from a couple of weeks in Kenya so feeling refreshed and ready to get back in the garage.

Congratulations! Are you still allowed to work in the garage? Now you're married you might have to ask permission.   ;D

Also your inlaws appear to be bonkers. This is a good thing.

Congratulations, from someone thats been married for over 40 years, and in all that time we have only had one argument.   Yes you got it. It started on our wedding day and is still going strong.
All the best for the future.

Congratulations to you both mate!!

Speedy J and I were very pleased be invited to the wedding. Its funny how well you get to know somebody very well in 7 weeks prior :) (See Blue Westy Thread)

The wedding was in Dartmouth, Devon and the day was blessed with wonderful weather.

Both Speedy and I had a great weekend - thanks Mr and Mrs H. A lot of very hard work went into the event from both families too so credit to everyone for making the weekend a very memorable one.

Only downside is we missed the trip in the old classic double decker buses because I forgot to pack my shirt and tie >:(. Its no fun rushing around a town you don't know trying to find something that everybody said wasn't available. Well they were, and although not my first choice we managed to find some at the last minute, phew.

Here's a few more pics of the day..

Many congratulations to you Dave and to Mrs H.

We've clocked up 44 years this year.

Just remember to always get the last two words in any conversation....."Yes Dear !"
