hello all.. bit new to this so bear with me. bought a old 1991 seat marbella [mk1 fiat panda] a couple of years back as around 20 years ago i wanted to fit larger engine to one but never got around to it. any way bought a 1987 honda cbr 1000 f fitted the frame across  engine bay cos if the frame went in i knew the engine would i   then fitted a mk2 escort  rear axle with 3.89 diff to leaf springs of seat. had a yolk from a escort prop welded to front sprocket and then modified a 3 piece  prop to fit . had trouble at first with it smashing the cv joints [6 ] in the prop as it was trying to push the axle under the car but i made 4 traction bars up 2 on top and 2 on bottom of axle to steady it and to stop it nodding its head .its been on the road now for 13 months and  took it for its second mot a few weeks back wich it flew throu . i used the seat radiator and fitted a bmw electric water pump thats on a switch on dash . iv never had to use it tho as the seat rad keeps it just right and the fan allso cuts in at the right time . the clutch was bojified with the old handle bar welded to the suspension top and the bike clutch lever and bar drilled and the old clutch cable threaded throu . works perfect . i made a A frame and fittings to attach it and i take it with me behind my motorhome. its still a proper 4 seater with standard wheels and cheapo trims just to make it a bit more inconspicuous thats until it starts and the kids love it when we go to the shops alltho theres a few daft and furious  owners that dont like it much . total cost approx £1400 and thats with mot and tax
