Well i'd like to say I planned it for the same day as queen's square so we could (if the weather is dry?) all meet up at queens square then drive in one big convoy to the riverside pub! 

I'd like to say that? but I can't!      It was a fluke.    Never even gave that a thought! 
But It dose give people a chance to meet up there first if they wish to do so & drive to the riverside in convoy.

We have the hole conservatory to ourselfs for the afternoon. 

I have a menu that I will put up a bit later on. Which i will need you guys to tell me what you would like? The main will be the a Christmas Carvery with all the trimmings or the vegetarian option. so all you will need to choose is what starter & dessert you would like?
They have told me they want the final payment a week before the day but I'm sure it will be ok to pay on the day? I will see about this closer to the date.

Menu Options for the Riverside Inn Meal

The 2 options are two courses for £12.95 or 3 courses for £15.95.
Please make your selection and tell me if you/partner want 2 or 3 courses, if you want 2 courses then you will need to pay me the remainder of £7.95 and for 3 courses £10.95. You can pay the remainder now or anytime you see me but I won't be pushing anyone for it until the start of November however I do need your menu choices by the end of the month (I will take a copy of everyones choices as I'm sure we will all have forgotten by then).
