Just a short note to say - "huge thanks" for arranging the discount and getting a few of us down to Keevil. I had a cracking day (except for the sun-burnt forehead!!).
To anyone that is thinking of having a 'day out' in the future, then Keevil is definitely one to put on your list.
Best wishes and hope the drive home was incident free. I nearly had a head on with a motorbiker that was overtaking on a blind bend as I came round the corner. There was just about enough space for the three of us ... but it was v tight!!

Yeah I'll second that - very well organised day at a nice track.
From a beginners point of view the track was great for building up confidence and speed - plenty of run off (thankfully I didn't need it), making it feel safe. Nice to have a couple of demo laps following the MSE recovery van at the start of the day too.
Very impressed by the mix of cars there, especially the subaru's.
Thanks to everyone who played a part in organizing it - looking forward to the next already :)

That was indeed a very enjoyable day ;D Perfect weather, a simple but challenging track layout, hardly any queing and very few red flags. Excellent value for money too at £90.
I had trouble with my near side rear wheel locking up under braking to start with, but Dave Cooper worked out what the problem was and we sorted it. Thanks Dave 8)
After that it was fun all the way. I even managed to stay on the tarmac this time :D
Nice to meet a few new members too.
It was a great day and glad everyone enjoyed themselves. To step up to the next challenge we ahve 1 extra space at Donington Park this coming Monday 18th July and I have also secured 10 places at their next Donington Park day on Monday 22nd April which I will start a seperate thread for shortly.
They get addictive these track days don't they? ;D
