Title: Can't update information on forum

I'm sorry I'm not very good with forum things etc  :-[

I can't work out how to change my age, location etc - I go into my profile & it wont let me change anything other than my password. I looked in help & it tells me what all the different seetings are but doesn't say how to do it.
