Who is up for going down to our Queens Square meet next sunday 13th April?
It's getting really popular now so best head down there early as parking is getting harder now & who knows how long it will be going on for as it may end up a victim of it's own success if it gets too popular? ::) ;D
So who is up for it then? :D
I will be there if dry.
I believe you 2 will be down there all on your own
its on the second Sunday of the month
of course we could always start doing our own on the first of the month, now there's a thought 8)
I'll be at the next meeting but not sure how the 6th April makes it as the second Sunday of the month! ???
8)
Bugger you beat me to that. Lol. :P
8)
It was no mistake, you got to get there early to getaparking place LOL
Sod it, lets have a meet down there next Sunday anyway ( 1st Sunday of the month)

I'm a definite maybe. I may have a competing interest but if I can I will be there.

Are you coming in your Westfield on or your Flyboard? :P
As fun as it might be to flyboard from home to Queen's Square, I've gone to the effort of fixing the kit car so I'll stick with that for now..!
Course I'll be there as usual, if it's dry . ::) ::)
OK people going so far = Moleman
Walnut
Hairy Santa
Iancider
Danwilko
Robp
Grin_a_lot
Sprint 7
Word of warning it may be best to get there early as parking is getting harder with how popular it is getting. :D
Anyone Else?
What sort of time do people tend to arrive now that it's getting busier? I'm guessing ill get there about 9am unless I need to go earlier?
If I can get up in time I fancy a drive down :P

9 should be fine mate. :)
Danwilko,
Looking forward to meeting you. We meet at the South side of the square ideally and nearly opposite to Grove Avenue (closed). You will need to get there early to ensure a parking space. I will be there from 08:30.
Regards
Ian
8.30am it is then. See you there if it's dry of course. ;D ;D
Yep, 8:30am for me.
I got there at 9am last month and all the spaces were full.
I'll be leaving around 7.30 ish do might be there for 8.
Looking forward to meeting u all, hopefully I'll park in the right place :)
08:00 Now that IS keen! 8)
Hope it's a good turn out down there, I'm stuck at home in the sun waiting for Anna to finish work :'(
8)
Would of come with the wife but our lazy git of a son never got up to tend to his kids.. Next month may be.. :(
It was a really good turn out. Very busy as you can imagine. I met some more new members which was good. :D
I hear some of you guys even got there really early. :P
Would loved to have gone today but been stuck in the garage, on the plus side it's all coming on well here. :P
8)
Was great meeting up with you guys, thanks for making me feel welcome :D
And was nice having so many people talk to me about the cobra, even filming it when I left, never got that in any other car
That was a great morning at the Square, nice to catch up with a few familiar faces too.
Hopefully make it to a meet again soon!
Managed a quick trot around the block, by way of road test, in Ratbag today. All a bit noisy without the tunnel panels on, but got my 5 gears at last! I have fitted a gear change adapter bringing the gear lever in line with the steering wheel, much more comfy now.
Have also angled the handbrake diagonally(slightly) on the tunnel to avoid interference with the gearstick. That made the handbrake easier to use as well
Hope to make it to the square next time.
That must have been impressive with that propshaft rotating so close to you. I was just imagining how a seatbelt power-tensioner would work when the end of the seatbelt tail dropped into it! :o
Well done for you perseverance. 8)
Good to see everyone this Sunday.
This was my favourite car.

Isn't that car called 'christine' and has a mind of it's own, killing anyone that upsets it ;D
Don't know mate, Was it one of though's black & white films I've heard about? :P
Is anyone heading down on May 4th?
I think it might be best to go a week later, when everyone will be there.

It is on the 11th May mate. I made that mistake last month. ::) :)
I will put up a reminder on Tuesday to see who's going. :)
Besides we will all be at Stoneleigh this Sunday! 8)
I'll have a drive down anyway seeing as the weather looks good, and I've got the car back.
