Title: Carpets - Where can I get a set made?
Post by: robp on 06, August, 2015, 10:28:10 AM
I want to replace the carpet set in the Westfield.  The originals are looking a little tired.

Rather than paying through the nose to get a new set from Westfield, does anyone know where I can get a set made?  I was thinking they could use the old set as a pattern.

Woolies sell really good automotive carpet that can be cut accurately with proper trimmers scissors. I cut out a set of my own and then sent the edges for binding - many places offer it although the place I used was in essex.

They came out as good as any I have seen.

Are you doing just the flat floor mats or the tunnel as well?

Sounds like a good option. :)

What about things like the gearstick gaitor which is currently part of the tunnel set?  I guess I could just re-use the current one.
