After torenntial rain our borehole usual gets a bit contaminated, but this time, despite a 10, 5 and 1 micron filter we have cocoa for water.
So no shower or washing in that!!!!
So not going anywhere cos after 2 days I'm probably getting ripe...
How did they used to manage with a strip wash and bowl of water ( we're using rainwater from the water butt). Gets you down a bit ..

Oh yuk! What I have often done when out travelling is use the rain as a shower. I also brush the dog out in the rain to clean him. Another thing I use is a 8 litre garden sprayer, filled with warm water and pump it up. Gives a good shower too. Cost a tenner on Ebay. The water I have through my taps is clear but taste like cr4p. So on with the speedo's and out in the garden ;D
