Title: Formula ford for the road?!!!
Post by: Iancider on 19, September, 2015, 10:10:55 PM
I like this.  I am a great fan of this little 1 litre engine.

Hang in there for the full length - well worth it.

"The engine bay is more crowded than an Indian train" Don't think Clarkson has too much to worry about with that one :D

Wouldn't mind a go in that though.

It does look like fun, judging by the way the right cycle wing flaps about I guess it will have the same cracking problems as are westy's.  :)

Yep,

Don't copy those wings - they will fail an IVA - far too much tread exposure.

I was most impressed with the ASBO today - best wings I had ever seen  - close to rigid and three struts to hold then in place.  Oh yes and bonded on - no visible fixings

I think your namesake My Stent from Complete Kit Car magazine said a similar same thing Ian! They do seem very rigid and strong, I still don't want to see kids standing on them though!!!! GRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!
