I found a 2 stroke V8!!

Just having a look on Youtube as you do, reminiscing over my old 2 stroke bikes and came across this. It's a 2 stroke V8

Never seen one of them before..


I guess it is a boat motor, but what a sound with those expansion pipes

They had them on WW2 destroyers so they could hide in the smoke.

I remember walking around Chino airport in California and hearing an out of place engine sound and the wrong exhaust smell for an airport, turned out to be a homebuilt helicopter with a Mercury outboard motor like this one.
