I'm guessing most buyers will be after it just for the engine? I will be keeping an eye on this sale as I have the same engine and very similar spec but it has a kit car attached to it included for free!

Judging by the fact that there is no air filter on the turbo and the general state of the truck, I think you would need to tread very carefully, if only avoid the bulls###.
