I wasn't sure Colin so I had a good look at the pics and if you study them closely in one or two there is a black 'scoop' of some kind above the windscreen top edge. It can onle be fixed to a hard roof, as it is not visible in the other pics with the car 'open'.

There is defo some kind of hard roof on it but you have to look very closely to see it in the head on views. Doubt it's electric though. Also makes me wonder how good a fit kit is as they have not shown it from any 'easy to see' angles.
