Title: Has anyone swapped from live axle to IRS

I am struggling to get my desired diff ratio in a live axle.
Has anyone done the swap to a Sierra back end.
What sortof job is it?

Weld in places for the 4 mounts on the front and make a bracket for the rear. Wishbone mounts. New uprights possibly, new driveshafts and the wishbones themselves. Hubs etc etc. Disc brakes. Prop. You could get a smashed chassis and cut out the rear end parts that are already made to measure.

I may have missed something or have a couple too many here.

Call me if you are serious as i have everything for the job.
