Ignition Spotting Advice

Right, I was rummaging through my drawers (oh er) of spares that came with my Westfield when I found this:



My instinct tells me that this is part of an electronic ignition system.  I also believe that I need another bit that sits within the dizzy cap.  I looked inside the spare dizzy and saw this:



So do the components above make a complete electronic ignition system and is it worth me fitting it?  If I am missing anything, what am I missing and where can I get it from?

Looks like a complete system, the black 2 core lead should connect to the distributor, black and red to the battery and the other 2 to a coil.  Might be worth connecting it up and giveing the dissy a spin and see what happens.
A quick Google of mobilec say they went out of buisness in 1987.
