Anyone know where i might be able to get my tank baffled if thats the correct word. At the moment when low on fuel every time i turned left etc the fuel would starve, and i have since found out only one side of the tank is properly baffled when it was built.

Any recommendations would be great.

Cheers Si..

You could drop Ali Wizard a PM, maybe he can help but I know he is very busy.

How about a swirl pot setup?

Lean mixture can screw your engine up so dont take any chances.

Isn't there such a thing as baffle sponge ? A special fuel prrof sponge that can be dropped into the tank to act as a baffle. I think it comes as small cubes. Used on old cars that you want to upgrade to racers ?

Found some from the states. not sure if this would be easier :

If your engine is fuel injected vs carbs I would definately go the swirl pot route. If you're on carbs the foam is probly the easiest to put in and you can get it pretty cheap on fleabay.
