Classic mini

Hi all

A quick question hope you can help

I have got myself a classic mini to tinker with last night I was taking it up to the lock up and when I accelerated it was very juddery then it cut out and would not start again

It's got fuel in. It's got new plugs and leads it turns over okay but does not catch almost like no spark

Any suggestions what could it be ?

Condenser

points stuck together.

Could be condenser, coil or no gap in points.   First check is whether there is power to the points and fuel in the carb float chamber.

I most would of probably got there through process of elimination

I thought it might been the coil
