Ceased Nipple

I've been working on the front rake callipers on Annas Bulldog this morning. Last week I did try to bleed them but the bleed nipple was ceased in the calliper so I've been soaking it in Pro Gas all week. I took the whole calliper off this morning to clean and restore, get the pistons moving and check the seals. I then to try and remove the bleed nipple (that was badly rounded) I butchered on a smaller socket and then tried to entice the nipple out. unfortunatly I could see that the base didn't look like it was moving wasn't movingwhich ment that it was breaking  :'( sure enough it sheered off.

Any ideas on how to get the broken piece out?

Drill it and use an 'easy-out'. As long as you drill centrally and take your time it should work fine. But before you try and turn it, give it a good dose of pinpoint heat around the stub of the nipple. Also worth taking the pistons right out so you can drain the fluid as much as possible because it may not enjoy the heat! :)
