Hi,
I'm about start sorting out my silicone hoses, but i've lost all my notes (due to the floods) as to where pipes are meant to go.

I'm runnung a 2L pinto with weber twin 40's and polo rad.
I know the thermostat housing goes to the top of the rad and the large take-off from water pump goes to the bottom of the rad, I'm not using a heating system, so no heater matrix.

So here goes with the silly questions.
Where does the small take-off go from the water pump go?
Where does the bottom pipe on the expansion tank/header tank go and where does the top pipe go as well(is it just an over flow)?

Thanks for help given

Terry

Hi Terry.

If you have any issues I can let you have the setup I used on mine. I'm running a 2l Pinto with DGAV 32/36 carbs. Not sure what radiator it is, but I can give you a diagram of the system as I have it, and it has been fine even in hot weather, temp gauge is steady as a rock.

Let me know if you want me to put the diagram up chap.
