That is a hugely impressive result Ed :o

I thought it would produce around 200bhp, so hats off to you and Bowden Engineering 8)

stevel

Very impressive Ed, my money would have been on 200+ but that is really very good for the minimal work and reasonable cost.  I am definitely not doing any more track days now!!  Enjoy it.

Moleman

Top result mate. Now lets have some dry weather for these trackdays!   :D

I don't know about you but my next job is to see Dave Gallop at Trackday Developements? I'm hoping to see him by the end of this month. 8)

Trailered behind a black nivara this morning? That's impressive figures!

227.5 bhp!!!

I should be able to do some real damage with that.... :o

Heh, that's a great result, Ed!   8) 8)

Krazyken

OHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH  LUCKY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Does that mean you will be competing with Moleman for the fastest car out there at the track days in 2014?  Bang per Buck that's a fantastic result.

If you can save some weight it will go even quicker.  I seem to remember that Hairy Santa started a thread on weight saving a few years ago so if you go back through the archives you may pick up some great tips.  I'm pretty sure it applied to the car and not him though!

I'll be happy if I can just stay on the same lap of either Moleman or RobP - that is until I break something :o ;D

227.5 bhp!!! ..... RESULT ;D ;D ;D That equates to 380 bhp/tonne 8)

How do you work out the bhp/tonne Edd.......never found an easy explanation or formulae.

      Tony

Lucky Ed

Exactly as it says on the tin Tony

      Power(bhp) divided by weight(tonnes)

      In my case 227.5 divided by 0.600 = 379.166 bhp/tonne

Hope this helps 8)

paintman

Duuuuuuuuuuuuuu........I must be thick or something! (NO COMMENTS NEEDED THANKYOU)  Lol.... ;D ;D

Pilgrim Anna
