Got my car back today after prop rebuild and drive shaft replacement.

The work was carried out at Chards on Feeder Rd Bristol and was of the highest standard including some hand made parts with tolerences down to the gram.

I can highly recommend that you speak to Nigel there if you have any prop or drive shaft issues, he really does know his stuff and is very professional, keeping me informed all the way.

The drive shafts are very well made and have internal CV boots.

Here's a new drive shaft.

Rebuilt prop, now with spline replaced and reversed, new centre bearing and new UJ's

Next job is to rebuild diff as it has play causing clunking, the above work has certainly tightened up the transmission though and at least I know its safe.
