My donor has been sat around for a couple of years, but there is still some petrol in the tank. possibly a litre or two.

Is it likely to be any good still ? ok it doesn't go off, but what about water contamination ?

Can I pour it into my day to day car ? if not, what's the best thing to do with it ?, local tip ?

hi phil dont pour into your day to day car as petrol degrades over time read it in Autoexpress

should imagine the local tip will take it they take old oil???

YZFMINI

Empty it into a container i.e lemonade bottle and use it as cleaner i do..

it's good stuff, cheaper  than other cleaners

Wow ! did suggest the flame thrower to the wife. She said no :(

My local tip take oil, but not seen petrol colection, so I think I'll take Yzfmini's suggestion and use it as a cleaner. I have an engine block to clean up, bit of petrol would help.

Probably be a good idea not to do it on bar-b-q day though...
