Hello All
Help required, I am trying to source a set of (Gloss black 14" TD pro race 1.2 alloy wheels) .I have found a few web sites that sale them but when i go to order them they ask me for the ET number ?.Does anyone happen to know the ET number on a set of 4 stud 6J x14" miniltes on cortina hubs?.Any help would be much appreciated .
Thanks
Nigel
Hi Nigel
The ET number is the offset of the wheel centre in relation to the rim. If you google - wheel offset calculator - there are plenty of sites showing you how to measure it. I found it easiest to take a wheel off and measure it on bench, that is if you have a wheel that already fits. The offset is measured in mm and on Cortina hubs it's normally quite small - around 5-10mm, but check it carefully as it is critcal on clearance.
Try R&R Alloys, they were very helpful and the cheapest when I bought mine a couple of months ago
Hope this is of some help ;D ;D ;D
Hi Ed
That's great info thank you .
After lots of ringing around Team Dynamics have apparently stopped making 14" wheels as there is not enough demand for them.
Im just going to invest in a set of Dunlop DZO3G semi slicks instead .
Thanks again for you help .
