I lost a big job today because an overseas company couldent ship a part fast enough. Yet they were quite happy to take my order last week even though they knew the part wasnt even in stock!!.
All I got when chasing up was BS.
That cheesed me off :(

Know the feeling Phil, just found out that the vents for the car that I ordered from Canada have not been sent- that was over a month ago they took my money - and better still I cant get them to talk to me -
Somewhat pissed off too -
