I can't remember mate. I think if you go on your profile you can write a statement there but I could be wrong as it's been a long time since I have done this.
As for the member status on the top that gets filled in automatically.

I asked Anna about this cos she has them too. I think it's sumfin to do with a combo of how long uve been a member, how many times uve posted and what your status is? Also it goes away if you get yourself a wavy tenner!
