Ok here goes

I need to modify my cooling sytem and as I am going to Combe on saturday, I realise i need to do this tomorrow. Its relatively simple and it should prevent overcooling as it changes the bypass setup  but i need one of two things which i dont have.

1/ approx 10inches of 35mm copper and 2x35mm tees with 15mm on the branch.

or

2/ someone who can weld me a 16mm sigot to my current aluminium pipe and i can do the rest. I'm pretty sure its aluminium....

Can anyone help me?

Dave

'The Gaffer'

Another forum success :)

I gave Dave a hand today, in fact we finished at 11.30pm, but if it wasn't for our member AliWizard welding up a tube late this evening the job was just not going to be completed.

A big thanks to AliWizard ;D What a star.

We went for a drive this evening and the cooling mod appeared to work just fine.

A big thanks to Aliwizard and Phil for their help in sorting my cooling issue. It would have taken me a long time on my own. Nick came to the rescue minutes after getting back from holiday.

Phil, you've gone out of your way to help and its much appreciated mate. Thanks again!

This would have been difficult to achieve without the club.
