Title: Donington Park - 23rd May - accommodation
Post by: hoobahole on 06, May, 2011, 09:46:02 PM
All,

To make a more social event of it (and a less tiring Monday) I am intending to travel up on the Sunday and stay in a B&B.

Not sure how many others are intending to do this but having never been there before (turbo let go on my MR2 on the way there) I have no idea of what is available.

I'd like prefer somewhere near a pub or some night life, and of course with off-street parking.

Found this on www.yell.co.uk (http://www.yell.co.uk) - seems to fit the bill.....

List of people staying Sunday night:

1. Hoobahole (Roger)
2. David H
3. .................
4. .................

Well that didnt work. When I said it looked okay, I didn't mean I'd booked it. I was intending to do so once I had an idea of the numbers. Hope I can get a room now!

Oops Sorry Rog, I sort of read your post as if you'd booked, especially when I saw your list. He did have some rooms free when I booked so hope you got sorted :-[.

All sorted.

Booked earlier today. I wasn't sure whether people had already made arrangements, but seems as though we'll all be enjoying food, beers and circular talk about brakes/tyres/engines

:D

Are there any arrangements for a convoy to the accomodation on the Sunday?
