I may be teaching my mother to suck eggs here but if any of you get this channel you will see that at certain times of day the schedule shows 'channel off air'

Have you ever looked at those times? It isn't really off air as such, they show about 6 hours of special features, behind the scenes stuff, driver talks, Martin Brundle driving some F1 car or other new and old (very good that is too), fun driver competitions, Johnny Herbert doing various tasks, F1 history or certain things (the development of pit stops was very interesting) and lots of interesting tidbits and info like the origination of the use of the term 'box, box, box' for example or why pits are called pits, the developement of F1 safety etc, etc. Plenty of useful and interesting stuff if you are an F1 petrolhead.
