First Drive

Well, it's been a long time coming, but I finally got to drive my creation!

Still got a few bits and bobs to sort out, but the biggest job now is to finish prepping for paint. Still not sure what I'm gonna do with the exhuast yet but I think I'll be fabricating a 2 into 1 from the downpipes and sticking another exhaust can on which I have spare. Hopefully that will make it a little more IVA freindly.

Thanks Tony! And thanks for the advice on setting the carbs. I checked the mixture screw and it was out 5 1/2 turns ! I assume that was running a little rich then? Plugs seem to be a little more the 'normal' colour now

Got it about 2 3/4 turns out now and timing is around 8deg at the moment. She seems to rev to around 6000 without too much difficulty and is quite responsive, but I need to drive it under load to know for sure.
