I have taken off my wheel arches for some much needed repairs due to 4 years of abuse & the odd traffic cone.
I have taken them to Ed's place called Dynamic Mouldings Ltd who says it will be a really easy job to do.  8)

Traffic cone.  ::) They are also going to try putting in some more strengthen ribs to reduce some movement.  :)

Traffic cone  :(

There is quite a bit of gel coat cracking over both arches if you look hard enough.  :(

So should have them back in a week or so.

PS I have spoken to Ed & I'm pleased to say he is doing really well.  8)

'The Gaffer'

Should be like new when it's done 8)

Have you considered using cast iron? Or maybe some challenger tank ones, would sort them abusive cones out. ;D ;D ;D
