Title: Avoiding confusion of event dates
Post by: Casino on 09, February, 2011, 02:33:13 PM
Events  have been posted on the Forum and their topics/titles do not include the event date.

This has quite often led to confusion ( ie "run-out tomorrow" may be two months old ) and other events dissapear from "the front page" and get lost whenever  there is an influx of new postings.

Can I suggest that postings for events, whether meets, run-outs, track or social are all be given a prefix comprising :-
one or two numbers + a three letter prefix.  to give the date fo the event.

For example        "3may karting night"  or "31 nov  run-out" etc.
