Tax disc Replacement

Now that the Tax disc is almost redundant, here's an idea for a replacement to go in the disc holder (If your going to keep it)


As this is just a rough idea and I don't have the correct font to do it well, I think John (YB) did the original artwork, could make a better verion How about it?
