Title: Rolling Road Recommendations for BEC
Post by: Iainl on 22, May, 2012, 06:34:19 PM
Took my Aries Locoblade to Track Developments a few weeks ago, now thinking of getting the car on a rolling road.

Can anyone recommend me a rolling road for a BEC (running a Carbed 919 Fireblade)?

Would like to find a place locally in Gloucester, if possible.

Cheers,
Iain

Hi Ian,

I am in Gloucester too.  I am not sure about bike engines but I took my car to Mech Motorsport in Cheltenham.  Dave is very good with carbs and mapping, I was pleased with what he did for me.  Expect to pay around £85 an hour so a full rejet and mapping session is going to be around £350 http://www.mekmotorsport.co.uk/home.html (http://www.mekmotorsport.co.uk/home.html) .

I have used both the above

Personally I prefer Interpro as Dave really does know his stuff. If you tell him myself and Adrian recommended him, you might get a cup of tea.

Take cakes from a nice bakery and they will love you!!!

I have used them a lot before I got the M and my dad still uses them now.
