My new motor. Picked it up last night and have been driving it all day. A Touch more sensible but still goes well. I'll use this until the new project materialises

robp

Very nice motor, Dave.  I saw one just like it today near the ringroad.  Car was full of dodgy looking characters and the bloke at the wheel was revving up behind me.  ::) :P

It's an M3, sounds great and is very quick. Very clean too, and I think in Dave's possession will stay very clean.

When's your birthday?  I'll buy you some neckchains, braclets, rings and a couple of tats.

;D

PS: good cars

Bet that was expensive to insure.....they just put up the rates by 20%.  :(

Grin-a-lot

Nice car and a great noise at full throttle.  I guess if you do trackdays in it your helmet will almost match!

David H

Helmet matches.

I'm booked in for the tats and I cant wait to get some jewellery to match!

I had to try one out. The M3 was on my list.

What a car.

Nice motor, all you need now is a 1 metre rule so that you know how far to sit off the bumper of the car in front.  Enjoy.

1m is far too long - think you missed off an 'm'

Denzle

So I see youve joined the BMW brigade........I know what the initials stand for in my part of the country, hope you wont be one of them....lol.... ;D

Nice motor...enjoy.. ;)

Lets face it. BMW drivers are mostly wankers. Hang on... isn't it Audi drivers now.... or is it Porsche? I cant remember as there seems to be so many wankers out there on the roads today.

But it was blue and matched my helmet so it made sense.

Come on...343hp, 260ft/lb torque...8000 revs. I had to try it.

Good idea to buy and run the donor car for a bit first  :P

Now time to shed the weight, got a spare set of M3 wheels if you're interested.

David H

which wheels Richard?

Richard

Style 67 - assume you know about Felgen-Katalog - super simple way to look them up on, not much German needed to find your way around.

RobC

LOL wondered how long this would be before an M3 appeared :) good work Dave...

E46 are my favourite... :) sadly never got chance to drive one of these when I worked on TBMW.... managed all the rest mind :)
