A two day event being held undercover at the Royal West of England Showground, Shepton Mallet, Somerset.
When I say undercover I don't mean clandestine or secretly, I mean indoors, where, if your're like me you'll spend most of the time on hands and knees rummaging in boxes of bits.
It's amazing what you can find at this event which is advertised as the largest in the West. ( I don't think they've heard of the Beaulieu Autojumble in Sept).
If the weather is fine it might be a good candidate for a run-out ?
Perhaps even meet at The Avenue Driver's Club Sunday Meet in Queen Square, Bristol for an early breakfast then a run down to Shepton ?
Having said all that, I have another commitment and will be unable to go.
I will be going...I like a good rumage!! ;D
Sounds like an appealing idea

Great write up till the last line :)) Event will be added to calendar ;).
I will probably go... the last one we went to was very good.
Kitcar unlikely to be ready, still in bits.
I will be going in my Dax. Too scary in Paintmans car.

You woose ;D.....couldn't find much wrong at the back but I changed the camber at the front......it was way out. (negative one side, positive the other!!) :o
I suppose there wouldnt be any ice about.
I reckon the handling was adversely effected by the extra weight in the passenger seat. ;D
Just BUMPED this to the front.
Last month it was suggested that an Avenue Driver's Club meeting this Sunday 13th February ,followed but a run-out to the autojumble at Shepton Mallet.
I personally can't go.
So if anyone wants to set it up it's all yours.
