Gbs Great British Sports Cars are quoting around £1500 quid for new Nose-Cone, S/S bonnet (it's bent up where the nose-cone came back and all the bits required to fit it without any spraying!! :o

And they need the car transported to them for fitting as well.

Think i'm in the wrong game at £45 an hour labour!

The bonnet don't look that bad, Can it just be bent back? What is the price of a nose cone as I'm sure there is enough people on here that could help fit it.  :)

I had to claim because of the damage to the Audi I hit, so might as well get everything new and the bonnet had loads of dings and marks on it which I felt let down the car.

I was thinking of getting the nose wrapped in carbon fibre vinyl rather than try and match the Holographic Metal-flake paintjob or get the nose Hydro Dipped in carbon film.

What do you lot think....anyone had there noses wrapped or dipped?? ::) ;D ;D

Dipped would be cool. I would have got my arches dipped if I didn't do a lot of track days.  8)

Bin in touch with a firm in Poole for a dipping quote and a place in Trowbridge who do wrapping but don't like the
idea of doing the wrapping in several pieces though, which they said they would need to do to keep the carbon pattern.
