As said in the queens square post, the cobra is now gone, possible to holland, and I've got a family car







Mk1 escort with 2.0 16v red top engine
So much more acceleration but haven't had a chance to really test it as has a slight oil leak

Just doing usual stuff, cam belt etc
Then a few extras, interior needs some looking at but all cosmetic

Hopefully you'll let me stay

You cant beat the MK1 escort, myself and Alan wrecked a few of these whilst attempting Road Rallies, a few stages and then Autocross and Grass track racing.  I am sure you will have as much fun with yours!

If you have a spare 5 mins on the 31st mate a lot of the guys on my track day will have mk1 & 2 escorts. I know a few guys that do them up & may be able to help you out whenever you need spares etc.

Yes it is mate. It does finish about 5 but if the light is bad it may finish sooner mate so if you can get there earlier then that would be better. It will be good to see it.

Good to see you, the growing family and the car at Queen's.

The Mk1 was the best - nice shape and now a classic.  The mk2's were more flexible than rubber!
