Birthday present

Decided to buy myself a birthday present,thats my excuse  and ended up with this little beauty.Only problem is Im not quite sure what it is.
It came with no paper work or history as such but was told its been on the road a while ago and has number plates.
Its based on a Triumph Herald chassis runs a Triumph Herald engine and is constucted of fibreglass and ply with aluminium sheets covering the ply.
I think it might be a morgan replica based on their Burllington model but would welcome any info etc from you guys and girls.
She seems very well made but very rough around the edges.
