I dont know if anyone is intrested, but I am meeting Mozzy in the lay by just outside of Whitchurch, down over the steep hill at 8.45 for the Bristol Classic Car Show on Sat.

I'm hoping to go, But I will wait until the morning.  If I do then I will be at the show early tomorrow. I give you a ring when I'm there if I don't see you before.  :)
Out of interest what lay by do you mean mate? (just incase I can make that meeting point?).  :)

Sunday is likely to be the best day weather wise, we won't be going till 10.30ish (from the Charlton Inn Shepton).

Got to give Dixie a chance to get out of bed......it is Sunday after all and he needs his beauty sleep!!! ;D ;D

Moleman

I was about to leave but had fuel pump relay issues again. I had this problem once before, on the tetbury show.  ::) I got it going again but by that time the rain desided to come.  :(

I will order a new one monday.  :)

Nice blue sky so should be a good run for you guys.. My Mk is up on stands so no chance of me coming or getting out today. Shame really because I really wanted to pop alone and treat my self..

I popped up in the daily-drive today along with my next door neighbour and we both thought it was a really good end of year show.

Given the weather we were both impressed with how many classic owners turned up (it helps having a roof!) the main displays were varied and very interesting with many clubs having themed stands.  Then there was the auto-jumble and parts halls which again were very good and after talking to the man on one of the brake specialist stands i now know what is wrong with my set-up (it's currently using Morris Ital parts and not Marina as I'd thought!) and I've now bought the parts to get it all sorted.  hopefully  :)

You must be joking it pi**ed down most of the time there!!

Mine was the only 7 there I recon and very few soft tops.

Driving conditions were terrible with muddy puddles right across the roads. the Hood looked a right mess by the time I got there.

Dixie and Tony opted not to use their Cobras case they got dirty. ;D

It was nice & sunny up to at least 2pm in north bristol mate. I was gutted I could go sunday. Glad i couldn't now.  :D
