I left home under grey skys hoping it will improve. Half way there it started drizzling, even went through some fog patch's. Had to negotiate afew caravans, horse boxes & sunday drivers unable to do the speed limit on the clear spells of the journey in my mini convoy of me.  :P

Though when I got there ok the rain decided to arrive aswell so I put the roof on to avoid the car filling up.  :'(

It only lasted about 5mins though.  :D

Then came the other convoy.

It stayed grey but we was able to see the other cars & enjoy looking around the Hayne motor show free of charge.

Even thought casino pete had turned up.  ;D

There was quite afew kits that turned up from GT40 to Duttons but it looks like I didn't take many pic of them so this is just afew of what had turned up.

The other guys may have some other pics.
All in all it was still a good day & glad I went.  :D

Thanks for taking the time to arrange the day.

Left before the raffle :(  glad I did, started to rain quite heavily when I got home at 3.30pm.

Free entrance to Museum, got a goody bag which included a bottle of AutoGlym polish and a fridge magnet.

See you at next weekends Queens Sq.

Griff and myself "convoyed" down from Frome in misty rain, nothing to worry about as long as we kept going, which we did with no hold ups.

Met up with the others and went for a coffee and chat.

The free museum tour was very good with lots of exhibits......well worth the trip alone!

We then went to the barbecue for lunch......a good day out!

Here's a few more pics:

Must be like Blackpool Illuminations at night...lol       The chap who owns it, hires it out to take kids to their school proms, he has several interesting vehicles including a huge gun mounted on an old wartime vehicle!
