Hi adrian yes it has had the spray job done finished it at end of the summer last year.. my avatar dissapeared.. and have just found as you i have a new oldone..
i think i did put some pics up..
but i just need to give it a clean and put the new original stickers back on. the take some pics to sell it..

Should be good for the Saltford meet, speedo is playing up at the moment, but I've got a rev counter I've just got an electronic adaptor for the Type 9 box so will be on the lookout for an electronic speedo now.

Seems i have a problem with the brakes which I sort, then a problem with the 'go' bits!

Might be interested in hearing about the electric adapter, my electronic speedo takes its reading from the diff flange bolts and when a passenger sits in the gap is too big so the speedo stops working!

All I need to do now is work out which is Earth, +Ve and signal and then find a speedo to suit and with a 50mm dial.

No earth, My ETB speedo only has 2 x wires for the sender, but the back of the speedo unit has 3, one of which is the earth.

I set mine up on the lathe to check it out then promptly using a separate battery got under the car and put the neg wire somehow on to the input wire, big mistake would not work after that, the joys of kitcars
