DATE NOW SET FOR THE BKCC XMAS MEAL - SUNDAY 8th DEC 2013 AT THE RIVERSIDE INN KEYNSHAM

I will need £5 per person to go ahead & book this - I will need this sometime in the next 2-3 weeks.
You can either pm me for paypal instructions or I can give you my address to send a cheque or pop in through my door.
I would imagine I will see a lot of you at castle combe friday or saturday or queens square on sunday.

The seating time will be 12.30 as it's a big group.

This event is open to all and will be a great opportunity for newer members to come along and say hello, also a good time for those we haven't seen for a while to pop in and say hi. Everyone is welcome.

The 2 options are two courses for £12.95 or 3 courses for £15.95.
Please make your selection and tell me if you/partner want 2 or 3 courses, if you want 2 courses then you will need to pay me the remainder of £7.95 and for 3 courses £10.95. You can pay the remainder now or anytime you see me but I won't be pushing anyone for it until the start of November however I do need your menu choices by the end of the month (I will take a copy of everyones choices as I'm sure we will all have forgotten by then).

Colin; This has got to be the hardest event to arrange  I had the pleasure of doing this every year at my old place of work..
Still at present I'm up for it but not sure if I have the pace for an evening Sunday/Saturday afternoon would suit my body so stick me down as a may-be. Also day time means may be the kit cars can come along too
