Hi  guys im thinking of selling my ASBO 2  :o that I made about 18 months ago, its 1 of 2 only designed made by myself
you have probably seen it and its sister car at the track days, I took a couple of you out in it. Its a well sorted car and really fun and easy to drive.
But I fancy building a new project, and have a few ideas in mine.
I'd appreciate you feed back.....

Cheers Rob

Moleman

I wish you were selling it last year before I just spent out on a engine.  :o
That is a tidy bit of kit mate. Shame to see it go. Do you know what price you will be selling it for yet?

The new project depends on what you want to do with it afterwards? what do you have in mind?  :)

Colin did mention this today!!! May be out side my price range  :(

Awesome car.  You'll have no trouble selling it.

Heaven know what ASBO3 will be!  8)

Lucky Ed

It's a great car and won't be on sale for long.

What plans have you got for the next one Rob?

....... that reminds me, I should keep doing the lottery ;D

AsboMan

Here's a link to the ASBO 2 at Castle Combe for this years Supercar Saturday. It's chasing a Supercharged Arial Atom.

I either fancy making a space framed vx race car like in the picture below...

or a rear wheel drive one of these ...

either will be with a bike or car engine zzr1400 .

As for the price of the ASBO 2 I was hoping to get around £17,000 for it with spares, as it eats cars twice its price  8)

I so wish I had the money & garage space. It is worth that mate.  :'(
good luck on the new project. It will seem strange having a windscreen for you.  ;D

Very interesting Rob. You know I had a very keen interest in your car but having just shelled out on property I don't quite have spare cash now.

Maybe a miracle will happen.

Good luck with your new venture, if its as good as or better than the ASBO it will be great car.

Daley Down Under

Someone is going to end up with a great car.  Good luck with the new venture

Cheers Adrian

Led here on my back suffering from a bulging disc which has put me off work I am thinking which organ to sell to afford this car.  After being taken around Llandow in it I can vouch for its total brilliance.  Stunning speed, handling and brakes and in the hands of a great driver.  It was an experience that I will never forget, somebody will get one hell of a car for their money.

Good luck with the sale Robin, looking forward to seeing ASBO3.

I agree looks like its on rails great speed as well , no trouble selling this car me thinks ,surprised you never pushed it as a kit ,or maybe sell the planes to build your own I think you would have sold a few cars ,I now you would sell some plans ,all the best with the sale .

Moleman

Some people will do anything to get off work stevel.  :P Hope your ok soon mate.  :)
We could go halves mate?  Then I could use it between April to sept then you can use it oct to march?  ;D

stevel

Thanks Colin, I knew there was something I liked about you! ;D

Road legal and also passes the noise limit for Combe!!!!
Not got the £17K tho, bummer. Plus a trailer and a car suitable for towing would be needed..

Pilgrim Anna

Well it is a car for the dry hot climate. I suggest something with a roof! LOL. How about a Bulldog? We need more in the club.  ;)
