There i was just putting in the new brake shoes and slave cylinders when what do i see...

Yep you guessed it something else broken this time its a trailing arm.

There goes my dreams i had of getting on the road this weekend and also of making it to the Queens sq meet in the Kit car.

Anyway i must for once say that Tiger racing were very helpful this time at sorting me out new parts which will arrive on Monday
with up rated poly bushes. i have decided to replace all the trailing arms under the thought that if one has gone the others may not be far behind, i will however be keeping the old parts as emergency spares!!

I will at some point put pictures up on here once i can get my camera to talk to my computer. (got a friend helping me sort that on Saturday)  ;D

Anyway that will be the last thing i need to replace before getting the car tuned up and back rolling for as many meets as i can get to.

Oh and for reference to anyone who saw my drip about the roll bar its now painted black. its not perfect as this is my first attempt at spraying but it will do until i do my full strip down of the car for blasting and professional paint next winter.

You are not wrong there mate ;D

Only thing with kit cars is you have to wait for parts can't just go to a motor factors.

I've been waiting for 4 months for a part from Westfield.  >:(

Must say tiger have surprised me they have promised the parts will arrive tomorrow and I only ordered them just before closing Thursday.

Bri.  It's a oil pressure gauge that was fitted wrong that westfield are trying to find out the right one for the clock. It's a Smiths clock that even Smiths had a few problems that they couldn't get right.  ??? They have sorted it now though & one is being made as we speak.  ::)

Pictures to follow I promise!  :D
