I won't be going. I got a bit of work to do in giving the westy a once over after the track day.  :)

Iancider

Sorry couldn't make it  - too much week in my day!

I had a great time at Caring for Cars.  Lovely weather and loads of wonderful cars to see (and listen to at the noisy exhaust competition!).

Bit of a queue to get in.  No need really looking at the entry but got in eventually.  There were a few casualties mainly amongst some old classics.

Once in I parked up and had a good look around.......

Hotrods were here

Six exhausts enough for you!

Daytona  Cobra like Santa's.

Tractors too

Lots of nice cars.

I eventually had to leave before my bald head got too hot!

Moleman

That looked like a really good day out mate. Wish it didn't clash with other things or I would have gone.  :(

I got there a little later and avoided any queing to get in. Just drove straight in. I only saw 1 food vendor, so there were queue's for food and drinks. Food was ok though. Other than that it was a bit of a 'queen sq' type of  affair in a bigger space. They had a 'noisey exhaust' sort of competition, which passed me by a bit. But, hey if thats what floats your boat, why not! I was a bit disapointed not to see more stalls selling stuff and I didn't find any ice cream :(. Overall there were some really well turned out cars there, I fell for a yellow Ginetta and the Ford RS200 was very nice. Ratbag got hotter than usual, but not quite a 'mobile kettle' and lasted ok. Needs a re-plumb to get rid of restrictions in the pipes.

I got there a bit early so missed the queues, they asked me to park up in the courtyard which was a bit out of the way, so I had to take a bit of a walk around. Never liked the walk (LOL) but a good show with lots to see.

paintman

Sorry I missed the show.....I was all booked in and registered but never got into Bristol Airport till 9.00pm......forgot I was on holiday!

Looked a good show again. ;) ;)

Bulldog Bri

Again, another great show day for all car nuts. I was stuck in the garden with my 7's carb dismantled. :(
