The cold weather is almost here...

Well its getting to that time of year when I get out of the V-storm and realise I am colder than I want to be :/, after a couple of chats with Iancider at meets he suggested a couple of places I could get some warm under cloths, and also said sometimes Aldi have offers on them. Sure enough I checked out the website and starting Thursday they have some goodies

I hadn't spotted the charger, the description says it will trickle charge too so it could be suitable for continuous connection

I've just checked out the charger in my local store and the instructions say it can be used for conditioning. What a bargain!

I've used that same battery charger for a couple of years on my garaged cars over the winter. It conditions too and I think I saw the same or similar re-branded charger in Halfords for about £50 . Bargain

It has arrived.

My new battery heated +Venture heat body warmer. It has two heat pads front & back with three different settings with a portable battery & charger.  high = 1.5hrs,   Med= 3hrs, low= 5hrs
I ordered it straight from the company that make them & saved myself about £30 in doing so. http://www.ventureheat.com/   The only down side is you need an adaptor for the charger, luckily my camera adaptor fits.
Could have done with it today but I'm sure there will be other times.
