Not that there's biased sports coverage down under but the number 1 piece of F1 news was Daniel Ricciardo's excellent 4th place from the pit lane !!!!

I know Rosberg had issues but i believe that they both had three races each where points were not scored. It was at least good to see the double points thing had little influence on the final results.

I always root for the constructor, I know how much work goes into building a car like that, any of half a dozen drivers could have won the championship in that car!
Congratulations to Mercedes for producing a great power plant, be interesting to see what Renault and Ferrari come up with next year, also Honda and possibly Audi?
